[News] 140207 JYJ’s Yoochun reveals why he chose to star in ‘Three Days’

JYJ‘s Yoochun revealed what pushed him to go the extra mile with his previous scheduling conflicts and the training he had to go through to star in ‘Three Days’.

Yoochun shared, “When I received the script, I got the feeling that this genre has strength, and I also thought, ‘As expected from a [work] by writer Kim Eun Hee.’… Thanks to the good staff and cast, including director Shin Kyung Soo, the anticipation for our new drama ‘Three Days’ is growing, and I also have a lot of determination to do my best in acting.”

The still cut above also shows Yoochun with his bodyguard ear piece as he moves through the crowd to protect the president played by Son Hyun Joo. His serious expression also tells us that the president might be in great danger.

‘Three Days’ is directed by ‘Deep-Rooted Tree‘s Shin Kyung Soo and written by ‘Sign‘ and ‘Phantom‘s Kim Eun Hee. The drama will center on the bodyguards’ race to find the president when he goes missing after shots are fired. Yoochun will play the role of elite bodyguard Han Tae Kyung, while Park Ha Sun will play the role of policewoman Yoon Bo Won.
‘Three Days’ has some big shoes to fill as it will premiere following the finale of ‘You Who Came From the Stars‘ this February!
